This is an opportunity for a Client Expansion Analyst to directly impact EP Venture and our business development. This candidate must possess the talent to understand the business objectives between different types of corporations and business models. You will be responsible for connecting all our Clients together and providing the best Client experience. You must be people, operational, and data oriented while highly motivated and highly organized.
What You Do
Identify and grow opportunities within customer base
Build and retain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Manage day-to-day deliverables of the team internally and externally
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in developing a Business Strategy Plan
Develop a Financial Business Case
Generate ideas for sales and motivational initiatives
Ensure client expectations are exceeded
What is Required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Consulting experience is a plus
Proven knowledge of Venture Capital and Gamification is a plus
Bachelor degree: business, economics, accounting, computer engineering major preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin or multi-lingual preferred
